Once your consultation with one of our doctors concludes, an electronic prescription will be issued for you through which the medication will be fulfilled by our partner pharmacies and delivered to your doorstep (home address, workplace etc.). Healistic will optimise for stock availability and competitive pricing.
They will deliver your medication within 2 hours in Central London (and 24 hours UK-wide). Alternatively, you can also self-collect your prescription from a local pharmacy should you wish not to opt for Healistic delivery. In this instance, the cost of dispensing your private prescription will vary between pharmacies and depend on the prescribed medication.

Appointment Duration Policy
We kindly ask all clients to be mindful of their allocated appointment times. To ensure fairness and availability for all, any appointment that exceeds the scheduled duration will incur an additional charge per 15-minute increment, invoiced accordingly, as follows:
Consultations – £100 per 15 minutes
Systemic Psychotherapy – £25 per 15 minutes

How Long Is a Consultation?
An initial consultation is 45 minutes and follow up consultations are 30 minutes, we also offer 15 minute Telephone consultations as a follow up.
What Should I Bring to the Consultation?
The downloadable symptom checker is a great place to start, we would also need your full medical history and any medications your are currently on. Family history is also requested.
What Happens in a Consultation?
Our Menopause Specialist will take your medical history, discuss symptoms and lifestyle, conduct an examination as needed, and develop a personalized management plan, which may include HRT or alternative therapies.
Is a Prescription Included in the Consultation?
Yes, a prescription is included in the appointment.
However, repeat prescriptions without appointments are subject to a £35 fee.
Will You Write to my Doctor?
Yes, we will provide you with a letter for yourself and your GP. Consent to share information with your GP is required.
Will I Need Blood Tests?
Blood tests may be necessary for diagnosis, treatment assessment, or monitoring. Discuss with our specialist during the consultation.
Should I apply my medication on the day of my blood test?
On the day of your blood test, please omit your daily dose of Oestrogel, Sandrena, Androfeme, Testogel or Testim. Your daily dose of medication should be applied after the blood test has been taken.
How Often Do I Need to See a Specialist?
After the initial consultation, follow-up appointments are typically scheduled around every 3 months to assess treatment response.
Annual reviews are required for safe prescribing.
Once you are established on your HRT after your 3 month review many women find their GP are happy to continue with the prescription and take over the annual review. However, if you would still prefer to see us or your GP is unable to prescribe your HRT, we will then of course be happy to see you for your annual review.
Do You Fit Mirena Coils at the Clinic?
