Menopause Support Advisor
Personalised Advice from a Menopause Support Advisor
A Menopause Support Advisor is a 30-minute online consultation designed to give you clarity, confidence, and control when it comes to your health. Delivered one-to-one by our Menopause Support Advisor, it’s a space to ask questions, understand your symptoms, and explore treatment options.
This appointment is designed for you to be able to speak to your own GP with confidence and not as an alternative to specialist advice.

Dr Nanda is a highly experienced GP with over 15 years of medical practice and a special interest in Women’s Health, Menopause, Mental Health, and Sexual Health.
She has worked across a wide range of specialties — including General Practice, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, and Elderly Medicine — giving her a deep understanding of how women’s health needs evolve over every stage of life.
Alongside her NHS role at a large Nottingham practice caring for a diverse population, Dr Nanda also worked with PICS Community Gynaecology, where she trained under the leadership of Dr Joanne Hobson and developed extensive experience in menopause management and women’s wellbeing.
As a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS), National Association of Premenstrual Syndrome (NAPS) and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, Dr Nanda is dedicated to providing evidence-based, holistic care that helps women feel confident, informed, and supported through every stage of their menopause journey.
Dr Nanda believes that every woman deserves the space to be heard and access to clear, balanced information. She takes pride in empowering women to make the choices that are right for their body, their health, and their wellbeing.
