As a British Menopause Society Menopause specialist and a member of the Institute of Psychosexual Health, Dr. Hobson has dedicated her career to revolutionizing menopause care and reshaping healthcare professional education.

She is a trainer for the British Menopause Society and previously was a Principal Trainer with the Faculty of Sexual Reproductive Health (FSRH) in menopause care. Dr. Wendy Knoops is a distinguished GP Specialist in Women's Health and a BMS Advanced Menopause Specialist, bringing over 20 years of clinical experience to her practice in Scotland. Dr. Knoops's career is marked by a profound dedication to enhancing healthcare for women, beginning with her early years in General Practice and expanding into specialised knowledge in Sexual & Reproductive Health.
Throughout her career, Dr. Knoops has held several pivotal positions within NHS Grampian and NHS Highland, where she has led and developed numerous services aimed at improving women's healthcare. Her leadership and innovation in these roles have made significant contributions to the field, reflecting her commitment to better health outcomes for women.
A passionate educator, Dr. Knoops is dedicated to empowering women and healthcare professionals with a deeper understanding of women's health conditions. She has collaborated with the University of Aberdeen and the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health to advocate for and implement individualised approaches to managing women's health issues. Her community engagement efforts focus particularly on contraception and menopause, areas where she seeks to make a meaningful impact.
In her clinical practice, Dr. Knoops emphasises holistic, personalised care, ensuring that each consultation addresses the unique concerns of every woman. Her areas of

Her passion for providing personalised and evidence-based care led her to specialise further, and she is now an accredited Menopause Specialist with the British Menopause Society and member of the National association of Premenstrual Syndrome.

Dr Natasha Davidson is a dedicated General Practitioner with a special interest in menopause, women’s health, family planning, and contraception. With over five years of experience working in a Community Gynaecology clinic, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassionate care to her patients.
Her approach is holistic and patient-centred, focusing on improving the quality of life of her patients. She is passionate about empowering women, through education and support, to make informed decisions about their health, helping them navigate through various stages of life with confidence and well-being.
In addition to her clinical work, she contributes to the medical community by working on local initiatives to support recruitment and retention of GPs, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment for both patients and professionals. Dr. Saadat Ahsan is a highly experienced General Practitioner and Women’s Health Specialist, with over 25 years dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. A member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the Royal College of General Practitioners, and the British Menopause Society, Dr. Ahsan is widely recognised for her commitment to advancing menopause care.
As an RCGP-approved Tier 3 Trainer and a BMS Accredited Trainer, Dr. Ahsan plays an active role in educating and mentoring healthcare professionals. She regularly shares the latest research, clinical insights, and best practices to enhance the quality of menopause management across primary and secondary care settings.
With a strong academic foundation, Dr. Ahsan has contributed extensively to the medical literature, publishing numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. Her clinical interests include hormonal and non-hormonal management of menopause, contraception, and long-term women’s health. She is also trained by the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) and is qualified to fit contraceptive implants and intrauterine devices (IUDs).

Dr De Kauwe is an empathetic, experienced GP and a British Menopause Society Specialist. He is passionate about empowering women to make informed decisions around their health, particularly as they navigate the menopause transition. Dr De Kauwe trained under the guidance of Dr Vikram Talaulikar at UCLH London, honing his expertise in women’s health.
He now leads the menopause service at his GP practice, regularly presents to fellow clinicians on best practices in menopause management and is thrilled to be at the helm of The Menopause Consortium clinic in London. His holistic, patient-centred approach ensures every woman feels supported and confident in her care.

Dr. Jennifer Fildes is a General Practitioner and Women’s Health Specialist with over 18 years of experience within NHS Scotland. Dr. Fildes is a member of both the British Menopause Society (BMS) and the National Association of Premenstrual Syndrome (NAPS).
Over her 12-year tenure as a GP, Dr. Fildes has cultivated a profound passion for holistic women’s health, focusing particularly on menopause, contraception, and menstrual and hormone health across all life stages. She has advanced her expertise by completing specialised training in sexual health and establishing a comprehensive women’s health service within her practice. This includes the provision of contraceptive implants and intrauterine devices, ensuring accessible and personalised care for her patients.
Dr. Fildes is also an accredited GP trainer, contributing to the education and development of future medical professionals. She firmly believes that optimal women’s health care must be individualised, integrating lifestyle and emotional well-being alongside medical treatments. To support this holistic approach, she became a qualified fitness instructor in 2019 and has since specialised in fitness and nutrition programs tailored to the unique needs of women during menstrual cycles, perimenopause, and menopause.

She has extensive experience working as a GP in the Midlands, where she developed a strong interest in women’s health early in her career. In 2004, she completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, followed by the Diplomate of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare in 2007 and has completed the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists Post Reproductive Health course as well as being a member of the British Menopause Society.
Her dedication to providing evidence-based care empowers women to make informed decisions during their menopause journey. Dr. Wright is committed to helping women navigate this challenging phase of life, guiding them to feel their best through a holistic approach that integrates medical, alternative, and lifestyle measures for optimal well-being during menopause and beyond.

Caroline Wheeler is a highly experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber with a specialist interest in women’s health, menopause and family planning. Since qualifying as a registered nurse in 1997, Caroline has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to women, particularly in primary care settings where she has worked since 2009.
Caroline's qualifications reflect her deep commitment to advancing women’s health. She holds the British Menopause Society (BMS) Certificate in the Management of Menopause, the DFSRH (Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare) in contraception and sexual health, and the Letter of Competence for fitting both contraceptive coils and implants. As a faculty-registered trainer for the contraceptive implant and an assessor for cervical screening, Caroline plays an active role in mentoring and training healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care, Caroline takes the time to truly listen to her patients, addressing their individual needs with empathy and expertise. with a deep commitment to education and advocacy.
Kate spent seven years at a leading IVF clinic, where she managed a multi-site egg
donation program, helping countless individuals on their path to parenthood.
Following this, she transitioned to independent practice, further refining her skills and
broadening her impact.
