At TMC, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of women’s health care. Under the guidance of British Menopause Society trainers, our specialists provide a holistic and individualised approach to women’s health care.

Dr Paula Bradley graduated from Newcastle Upon Tyne Medical School in 2005. She initially undertook specialist training in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery) before completing her postgraduate training in General Practice. She is currently practising as a GP in the North East of England.
Dr Bradley has a particular clinical and academic interest in women’s health, specifically perimenopause and menopause. Her professional focus has been shaped by both her personal experience of perimenopause and her maternal family history of early menopause. In addition, her own history of thrombosis has informed her understanding of the safety and risk considerations surrounding hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
In her NHS practice, Dr Bradley regularly consults with women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, many of whom have been misinformed about hormonal treatment options. She is committed to improving awareness, providing evidence-based guidance, and reducing barriers to safe and effective treatment.
Dr Bradley has also advised colleagues and peers on individualised hormonal health strategies and on optimising communication with healthcare professionals regarding treatment decisions. Her approach integrates clinical knowledge with a holistic perspective on women’s health across the life course.
