This is a FREE event, however places are strictly limited and attendance is on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is highly recommended.

The form can be completed online and emailed back — no download necessary. Please note: entry will be denied on the day without a completed and returned registration form, as this is required for capacity management and CPD accreditation.
