Course Testimonial:

This is an excellent and very comprehensive course. The most valuable aspect is the simplicity with which both presenters explain complex concepts and dilemmas surrounding menopause and HRT. They also effectively address ongoing controversies, current clinical positions, and practical approaches in primary care. I particularly appreciated the sessions covering general menopause introduction, HRT, GSM, risks and implications, as well as the broader discussions involving important and emerging topics. The course also included informative sessions on other gynaecological conditions such as PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, and PCOS, which added significant value.

The MCQs at the end of each session were engaging and provided a holistic review of the content. One of the most interesting parts of the course was the discussion on psychosexual counselling, including the use of the “Six Circles” framework and the clear explanation of the non-linear relationship between libido and testosterone — described in a way that was both detailed and easy to understand. Controversial areas were addressed using recent evidence, current trends, and well-reasoned rationales for existing management approaches, supported by both national and international data.
